Position Description:
1、 Formulate ,revision, monitor and implement department regulations system and procedure structure;
2、 According to corporation target to formulate department plan and delegate staff to work together
3、Responsible for develop new products and promoting the management of new products, new technology and new process (include apply for patent )
4、 Responsible for organize and implementing process improvement, continuously improve production efficiency and reduce cost
5、Responsible for organize technical support for product producing, continuously improve conformity rate of each process
6、Responsible for organize product engineering test, and provide technology support for customer before after sale
7、Responsible for assess and improve the performance of department staffs, promote the development of department staff and foster the staff based on different level ; select, delegate, foster, guide and asses subordinate staff, improve the whole department quality
Qualification:
1、Bachelor's degree or above,have more than8 years work experience in the area of mechano-electronic or communication
2、Familiar with the product structure and technique etc. of mechano-electronic or communication area; Familiar with the acknowledge of product development process
3、Have a reasonable command of English language, proficiency in computer and skilled in writing
4、Can dominate the pressure and have a reasonable ability of persuasion , problem solving and coordination
