Position Description:
1、Organize and plan production to make the production plan priority
2、Communicate with the commercial department planner and reflect the updated situation of the schedule
3、Management the material at work site to ensure it comply with the material record
4、Conduct the operator to work according to the process flow, monitor the execution situation of process to guarantee the product quality
5、Maintain the order at work site, execute and asses 5S to guarantee a good work condition
6、Manage the emergency events and inform superior in time to reduce loss
7、Perfect the management system of workshop to promote the department work smoothly
8、Check and asses the daily work to guarantee production execute effectively
Qualification：
1、Junior college’s degree or above，major related to management, electron or enginery
2、More than 3 years work experience in related industry, and skilled in work site management
3、Familiar with product process and procedure, familiar with schedule production ,material and cost management
4、Familiar with the document of ISO9001 QC system
5、Have a reasonable ability of communication and coordinate
