Position Description:
1、Responsible for formulate process and revise process file in the procedure of optical device made; Revise and execute production process
2、Urge and supervise the execution of process flow, process parameter and product standard in the procedure of operation
3、Optimize process flow, solve the problem of process and technology at work site
4、Inspection the execution situation of each process, research the technology existed and propose improvement
5、Train staffs on production process and assess the technical ability
Qualification：
1、Bachelor's degree or above，major related to photoelectricity
2、More than 3 years work experience related to optical communication industry technology
3、Familiar with production process, product performance, product structure of optical communication devices:
Has rich experience of project development,，own strong sense of team spirit and responsibility
4、Have the ability of reading, explaining and execution all kinds of technology document and specification; can solve the breakdown at work site; Have the ability of statistics, investigation and analysis; be good at find problem and solve problem
