Facility Capacity
Finetop has introduced advanced technology and facility continuously since the day we established, and organize special design and development team, improve the automation level in manufacturing process so as to guarantee the stability and consistency of our products. We succeed in improving the quality of our products in the passed years which lay a solid foundation for executing internationalization of our company. 
       
        Finetop has more than 90 CNC machines, 3 CNC machining centers, and 50 per set of milling machines, grinding machines, wire-cutting machines and other metal structural facility for manufacturing machines. And we have 40 automatic or semiautomatic fiber stub cutting and radiusing machines. These facilities make Finetop the second to none in optical fiber production area.

        Besides, we have 50 auto lapping machines for optical active and passive parts, and 30 assembled installations both automatic and semiautomatic ones, some of them have pressure monitoring system. We have 3 main production lines.

Inspection facility.
        We have two-dimensional and three-dimensional microscope , precise image cartographic method,  for us to make non-touching precise testing of size.Profile interferometer for 3D requests of the end-face inspection.X-ray inspector to make RoHS test of material.
