In order to know the mentality of new employees and learn about their true feelings after entering Finetop, we held this symposium on September 12 to build an exchange platform for promoting their growth. The symposium was organized by Human Resources Department, and Production Department manager and supervisor, trainer and more than 30 new employees attended.
       Manager of Human Resources Department introduced the development channel of position in company, led the new employees to the right developing path. The new employees spoke their minds at the symposium, they reviewed their training and living condition since been here, and the harmonious working atmosphere, good relationship among colleagues and leaders’ solicitude for new employees were still fresh in their memory. They offered thoughts and advice at the symposium in many aspects such as their own development plan, job distribution and company management. The whole symposium was under a relaxed and active atmosphere.
      After the symposium, Human Resources Department summarized the problem and advice offered by new employees and notified related departments to take action for the improvement. Through communication in the symposium, the new employees enhanced their collective values, showed their spirit of vigorousness, struggling and striving, which created a good enterprises culture atmosphere.
